Mountain, Coastal, Desertand all pertinent information is provided distance, time, difficulty, ideal season. Plus, it covers some of the myths and legends born in the North Georgia Mountains. I’ve made it a life goal to complete every hike in the book, but time will tell whether or not that is a realistic dream or not, as a handful of the hikes are extremely challenging and require significant backpacking experience.

He has led numerous hikes for several organizations across the county. No dkego where you are in northern California, you can find a hike in the book within a short drive.

But I have used it extensively to the point where I know what a valuable tool it is.
